Convocation 2025: What Students Need to Know

Congratulations, Graduating Students!

The University of Abuja 2025 Convocation Ceremony is scheduled for 15th–17th May 2025. The SUG has put together this guide to help final-year students navigate the process smoothly.

Clearance Procedure

1. Clear all outstanding library books and fees
2. Complete departmental clearance form (collect from your department)
3. Bursary clearance (confirm all school fees are paid)
4. Dean of Students clearance
5. SUG clearance (no outstanding dues)

Gown Rental

Gown rental is available from the Bookshop Unit at ₦5,000 per set. Pre-booking opens 1st April 2025.
