TO: ALL FACULTY PRESIDENTS

SUBJECT: *DEPLOYMENT OF KEKE SERVICES DURING EXAMINATION PERIOD*

The Office of the Director of Transportation and Commerce wishes to inform all Faculty Presidents that, in order to ensure the smooth and timely movement of students during the ongoing examination period, arrangements are being made to deploy campus tricycles (Keke) to examination venues.

Accordingly, all Faculty Presidents are requested to furnish this office with the following details of their examination schedule:

Expected examination closing time(s)

This information will enable the Office of the Director of Transportation and Commerce to strategically deploy tricycles to the respective venues at the end of each examination, thereby facilitating easy, safe, and swift movement of students across the campus.

Your prompt cooperation is highly appreciated, as this initiative is aimed at improving transportation services and ensuring the welfare of all students during the examination period.
