NOTICE TO ALL HOSTEL RESIDENTS

Dear Students,

Kindly take note of the attached memo from the Dean, Student Affairs Division regarding the removal of all personal belongings from the hostel premises before the commencement of the vacation.

Students are advised not to leave any personal property—including mattress foams, buckets, travelling bags, lockers, tables, shoes, clothing, and other valuables—in hostel rooms or around the hostel environment during the vacation.

Please be informed that any item found within the hostel premises during the vacation may be treated as University property and could be disposed of accordingly.

All hostel residents are therefore encouraged to make the necessary arrangements to safeguard their belongings before leaving campus.
