OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF WINNER – SUG DIRECTOR OF WELFARE

The Jamo-Led Students' Union Government warmly congratulates Alabi Isiaq Ishola (Mandela) on his successful election as SUG Director of Welfare.

Mandela secured 2,539 votes, earning the responsibility of protecting students' welfare interests throughout the University.

The Office of Welfare remains one of the most student-centred directorates, responsible for advocating improved hostel conditions, better learning environments, student support initiatives, and general welfare programmes.

The administration encourages the Director-elect to remain accessible, responsive, and committed to improving students' living and learning conditions.
